Troop 317

Troop 317 meets year-round on Monday nights (unless that night is a Cherry Creek School District holiday) typically upstairs in the Chapel of the Word from 6:45 to 8:30 PM.

Boy Scouts is open to boys aged 11 to 18. 5th grade boys normally start the program in March, but any boy is welcome to join at any time!

Founded in 1995, Troop 317 is a boy-led, boy-run Scout Troop emphasizing the Patrol method. The Scouts plan and run the program under adult supervision. The senior youth leaders are graduates of the National Youth Leadership Training program, and several of the adult leaders have completed Wood Badge Training. Each year Troop 317 has 3 or 4 Scouts who earn the rank of Eagle Scout.
