End of Life Decisions
When a loved one is gravely ill or in hospice care, it can be difficult knowing when it is appropriate to continue treatment and when it is morally permissible to stop treatment. The below guide was created by the Catholic Health Association of the United States to help Catholics determine the best course of action for themselves or for their loved ones. You are also welcome to call the parish office at 303.766.3800 to schedule a time to speak to a priest.
