Are you a ministry leader or parishioner of Our Lady of Loreto Parish and would like us to help you advertise an event in our bulletin or the bi-weekly Flocknote newsletter? We are happy to help!

Please contact Christina Deeb at least 1 month in advance of your event date to best help us help you advertise your event. If you do need to submit a last minute request, we will do our best to fulfill it, but cannot promise that your request will be accommodated.

Submitting your request

Please send the following information to Christina at secretary@ourladyofloreto.org:

  1. Date of your event

  2. Requested bulletin date(s)

  3. Requested Flocknote date(s)

  4. Include the exact text you would like us to use

  5. Include any logos or images you would like to use; or attach your completed flyer if you decide to design your own (please see the guidelines below). Please attach an editable flyer in case there are any changes (i.e. Publisher or Word files).

Please see the Communication Deadlines Calendar above for bulletin and Flocknote deadlines. Requests received after the listed deadline will not be accepted.

*We reserve advertising space for Our Lady of Loreto Parish ministries / parishioners only. If you would like to discuss whether or not we can advertise an event being held outside the parish, please contact Christina Deeb at secretary@ourladyofloreto.org.

**All events must be pre-approved by your ministry’s staff liaison.

Design Size Guidelines

-Half Page Ad / Narthex Screen - 16 x 9 inches (20pt font minimum or it won’t be readable)
-Flocknote - Any size will work so long as it is landscape orientation. 20pt font works best.
-Small Ad - 4 x 1.5 inches (text only) (9pt font) - plan for 100 words or less

Please follow these size requirements so we can better help you advertise your event! We are also happy to help you design an ad.

Image Use Details

If you would like us to use any particular images in your advertisement, please send the link to the site where you found the image with the rest of the details about your event. We are very careful about observing all licensing requirements and don’t want to accidentally use an image we are not allowed to use. Essentially, we will not use an image unless it is public domain or licensed for commercial use (must provide proof of purchase if it is an image we have to buy the license rights for).
